Solar & battery electric charger installation?

zappi electric charger installation

Extreme heat and devastating flooding have once again highlighted climate change…

And any technology that helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions has got be good, hasn’t it?

Electric vehicles are our future, with new petrol and diesel cars banned from sale in 2030.

Electric vehicles are important to achieving the pledge by the UK Government, to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 68% before the decade is up.

Range and price of EVs are no longer such an issue, as lower cost options (especially when bought on PCPs or on leasing deals for fleets) with acceptable range are becoming common place.

And the most convenient way to charge is using a fast home electric car charger, which will give you a full charge whilst your sleeping (although most people only need to top up every couple of days).

Electricity prices are on the rise (although it’s still much cheaper to run an electric car then using fossil fuels), making a fair percentage of people install solar panels with battery storage.

These clever people are then spending a little more on their electric car charge point and choosing a Zappi electric charger installation.

Buy why is this?

Because a Zappi is a smart electric car charger for home with a difference.

Not only does it operate as a standard electric car charger for home, it also has optional charging modes to utilise 100% green energy generated from your solar panels and battery stored electricity.

This increases the return on investment (ROI) for your solar and / or battery investment, whilst also further reducing greenhouse gases, as the Zappi charger is not using power from the grid.

A Zappi electric charger installation will cost a little bit more than other brands, but the saving on electricity and further reduction in emissions make it an attractive proposition.

So, if you (or thinking of in the future) generate power from solar panels with battery storage, our advice is to buy a Zappi electric charger installation.
