The UK government through their office for zero emission vehicles (OZEV) will provide a £350 grant via the EV chargepoint grant for people who rent their house, own or rent an apartment, are a domestic property landlord or provide social housing. But require designated off-street parking and a qualifying vehicle registered to them at the address (qualifying vehicles not required for landlords or social housing providers).
